Trafford House is a 1:4 ratio off-campus girls' group home that focuses on building independence and daily living skills for girls ages 14-21, and prepares them to move on to the next steps in their lives!

Maintaining a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program clients while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors.
Providing client documentation to include shift reports, incident reports, and individual progress notes.

Qualifications:
Job Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or High-school diploma with relevant human services experience required. Academic studies in the areas of psychology, sociology, social work, and education are highly desirable.
- Previous experience preferred (not required) working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
- Drivers license required.
- Completion of Diana Screening Assessment
- Must be able to attend a 2 week paid orientation, which runs Monday-Friday, 9AM to 5PM.
