To be successful in this role as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver you’ll need to be mindful of resident’s disabilities in an empathetic manner and encourage them to live independent and productive lives. DSPs provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community. You will assist with personal care needs, medication administration, perform housekeeping duties, advance residents’ decision-making, productivity, promote participation in a range of activities and meaningful interactions between residents and the community. Hiring immediately for Full-time and part-time openings; including weekdays and weekends!! Our positions start at $12.00/hr in the following locations: Midwest City, Yukon, Norman, and Moore!

Also hiring for Direct Support Professional (DSP) Subs. A DSP Sub has the same responsibilities as a DSP but will be cross trained to work in multiple programs! The pay for a DSP Sub starts at $12.40/hr.
