Purpose Statement:
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about the next generation and creating environments for students to experience the grace and life of Jesus. This person will oversee Student Circles and primarily be responsible for developing leaders in the Students ministry.
Role Description:
- Responsible for healthy, growing Student Circles
- Collaborate with the Campus Pastor and Central Student Team to implement the Valley Creek Next Gen vision and strategies
- Build healthy teams and leaders by equipping their hands and encouraging and discipling their hearts
Role Requirements:
- A devotion to the vision of Valley Creek Church
- Vibrant relationship with Jesus and the ability to disciple people in various stages of their spiritual journey
- Ability to self-lead in order to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- A heart to serve and disciple the people of God
- Ability to build teams and communicate vision and inspiring mission
- Preferred background in serving youth
