In this role, you will be instrumental in building best-in-class manufacturing operational practices in support of producing the next generation of products. Our manufacturing technologies spans across the value chain to manufacture current state of the art and next-generation products. We’re looking for a candidate with experience in the beverage industry, who has knowledge of project management methodology, reporting and tracking performance, schedule and cash flow of the projects and can assist with technical support and leadership in beverage manufacturing systems, equipment and processes.

What You’ll Do for Us

Industrial Automation Control Systems (IACS)

• Manage plant IACS infrastructure standards and practices
• Review and approve new IACS technology, architecture design and enterprise system integration
• Seeks out new technology to improve efficiency or lower business continuity risks
• Manage system integrator relationships, ensuring project and on-demand support
• IACS and computing asset lifecycle management (obsolescence plans and budgets)

Cybersecurity

• Co-manage IACS cybersecurity policies and practices with corporate Global Cyber Defense team for implementation and sustainability actions like patching, firewall controls, etc.
• Approves cybersecurity technology and manages OT implementation
• Develops and implement system resiliency strategies for prevention and disaster recovery

Digital Manufacturing

• Work with the leadership team and other functions to understand the areas that should be digitized
• Lead the collation of the best tools to evaluate and give insights from the collected data
• Drive implementation towards the future state digital environment for processes in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution
• Develop and own the execution of a strategic IoT roadmap for manufacturing
• Leverage external expertise to develop a suite of digital tools that will provide a competitive advantage
• Use robust and effective change management processes to ensure acceptance and utilization

Qualification & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline; equivalent work experience considered.

• 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance experience in advanced processing environments.

• Proven technical expertise in processes and/or machinery utilized in the beverage industry.

• Expertise in analyzing line performance to pinpoint operational opportunities to prioritize resource allocation.

• Demonstrated ability to develop or improve shop floor control, work measurement, and quality measurement processes and systems

• Experience in developing Lean factory workflows and layouts

• Experience with Multi-machinery manufacturing methods and materials technology

• Understanding of Machine/Process Capability as well as the application of Statistical process control

• Advanced skills in project management tools, methods, and applications

• Understanding of CAPEX investment processes

Base Salary: $165,284 to $195,249

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
