This role is the global campaign leader that leads the strategic development of key product/category campaign & tactics to ensure maximum reach & impact to grow the business within the B2C and B2B channels globally, across the North America, China, India, Asia Pacific and LATAM regions.
Specific Responsibilities:
This is a pivotal role at Kohler Kitchen & Bath Group. The leader of global campaigns will drive the development and implementation of strategic innovation themes and marketing assets to drive awareness, conversion & specification/purchase globally.
As the Global Campaign lead, you will lead a team of 6 to influence the global product development roadmap, and the drive the marketing strategy for all the global product launches that are significant step changes and transformative to the business.
You will engage our campaign teams around the world to drive and align on the vision on the innovation themes, and provide leadership in several key areas:
- Global campaign delivery for global product launches and cross-category initiatives, where you will define campaign strategy, lead campaign development, and provide measurable data to learn and improve.
- You will engage and influence Regions to drive alignment on campaign and channel strategy, and keep them engaged throughout the execution process.
- You will create global campaign kit that allows Regions to implement locally.
- You will be the cross-functional lead for all campaign development, working with key functional teams across Creative, Digital Marketing & eCommerce, Digital Products and Experience, B2B Marketing, and Showroom channel teams.
- You will also assemble “SWAT” teams for urgent and important projects, acting with pace to react to a brief, digging deep to provide insights and recommending a strategy to solve.
- You will work closely with Regions to improve channel strategy and delivery across multiple channels. You will support Regions in optimizing the media funnel to raise awareness and drive consideration, seeking new and innovative ways to drive budget efficiency without impacting effectiveness.
- For Online and Showroom channels, you will help our shoppers to easily navigate our assortments and understand the best product for them, developing evergreen educational assets that supports best-in-class product demonstration.
- You will work closely with the B2B marketing and sales team to influence our B2B customers (Architects, Designers & Developers) to specify Kohler in their projects.
- You will work closely with Global Product Innovation team to support them in drive upcoming product innovation roadmaps and having deep understanding in consumers/customers insights and unmet needs.
Skills/Requirements
- 15+ years’ prior experience in marketing with experience working in both global and regional marketing roles.
- Experience in leading integrated marketing campaigns with a digital-first mindset and knowledge.
- Proven track record of success in leading campaigns for tech products, focusing on product benefits rather than features.
- Experience working in complex global organizations and cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative spirit to act quickly and think differently.
- Must possess a keen creative mind, be strong on planning, detail, and accuracy.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management and outside contacts.
- Must be able to multi-task and deliver results.
- Ability to travel as needed, approximately 25-35%.
