Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Director to join our Home Health team! In this role, you will join a dedicated team of over 100 Home Health professionals with a passion for caring for patients around the Valley in the safest place to them, their home. With 2 direct reports, you will do integral work within the community by initiating, intervening and evaluating nursing services in Fresno county.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field required
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Home Health or related field required
- Hospital, healthcare or not-for-profit industry experience preferred
- Pay ranges listed are an estimate and subject to change.
- Per the CDPH order, all healthcare workers are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 or have an approved exemption and test regularly.
- If any bonuses are noted, they are only applicable to external hires meeting criteria.
