Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of International Communications to join and help scale our internal communications efforts globally. The Internal Communications team plays a central role in informing, inspiring and engaging Procorians to advance the company’s culture and business outcomes at scale.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced communications professional to play both a strategic and hands-on role, and have a significant impact on the employee experience outside of the U.S.

You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders in EMEA, APAC and LATAM and collaborate with the global communications team to scale programs and bring initiatives to completion. This position reports into VP of Communications and will be based either in one of our US offices, or remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with colleagues from the Global Talent Organization, IT, Legal and Corporate Strategy and Global Procore teams to elevate employee communications and experiences for talent outside of the U.S.
• Develop and drive a proactive international internal communications program to drive employees’ understanding of the company’s priorities and key initiatives while advising on effective change management
• Consult with internal business partners and international talent to determine communication needs.
• Exercise judgment and advise business partners regarding message tone, format, timing, vehicle, and audience segment to ensure the best and most effective approach for communication.
• Develop cross-functional communication plans to drive employee engagement, inclusion and belonging
• Partner with enterprise and department communications teams on internal communications programs and strategies such as Company All-Hands, Digital Experience/Intranet, etc.

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of international/global communications experience is required, preference is internal or employee communications
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, and/or supporting regional teams is a plus
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with care
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A self-starter that will own the role, identify opportunities, develop plans that inspire others, and ensure execution through measured results

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $160,800-$221,100. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
