Job Summary
Purdue University and the Daniels School of Business are excited to announce that they are seeking the right candidate to become the next Director of Alumni Relations. The Director will direct programs and services for the Mitchell E. Daniels, Jr. School of Business’ global alumni network to drive connectivity between alumni and the school. Develop and execute operations for alumni engagement and volunteer programs, coordinating with Advancement, Admissions, Career Services, and External relations efforts. Ensure that domestic and global activities are aligned with the school's strategic goals and objectives. Develop and maintain consistent communication from the school to various alumni populations. Oversee the management of the Daniels School Alumni Board. Serve as a course instructor for MGMT 401 (Executive Forum).

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Five years of relevant experience within a higher education setting including direct experience working with a range of alumni populations and alumni relations functions
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage professionally with students, alumni, staff/faculty, and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team member in a collaborative work environment.
- Must represent Purdue University and the Daniels School of Business in a professional manner with customer service and team focus
Preferred:
- Master’s degree
- Operations management experience
