We are actively looking for a Director of Clinical Operations. The Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for the quality and general operation of the clinical services of the agency.


SAGE's Director of Clinical Operations will:

  • Provide supervision, training, evaluation, and support for clinical programs, to ensure effective, high-quality, client-centered services
  • Contribute to the agency’s strategic planning, as well as the development and implementation of agency policies and procedures
  • Participate in program development, implementation, and evaluation, and in reviewing potential lines of services
  • Collaborate with community agencies, funding sources, customers, and monitoring agencies, and markets the agency’s services, as appropriate
  • Works in partnership with the agency’s Clinical Director
  • Is expected to generally be available when agency operations are being conducted either or in person or via phone
  • Perform other duties as needed to ensure effective and safe operation of the agency

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree, or higher, in psychology, counseling, education, social work, criminal justice, human services field
  • Valid professional license by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (BBHE)
  • Five years of experience providing counseling or mental health services
  • Three years of experience in a supervisory position with progressively increasing responsibilities
  • Experience and skills in social services program development and evaluation
  • Thorough knowledge of the BMFL regulations and all requirements of professional clinical services.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: 85,500 - 105,000/annual
