Position Title: Director of Clinical Services

Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt

Location: 122 Wabasha St S, Ste 400, Saint Paul, MN 55107

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Annually

Purpose:

Guild is seeking an innovative and passionate leader to partner with other agency directors to lead our clinical services.


Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, the service director position at Guild is responsible to oversee and drive strategy in the clinical area. Ensuring effective, efficient, and sustainable clinical services that are compliant to stakeholder and satisfactory to individuals served, promoting positive outcomes in optimal health and quality of life. This position works as part of Guild's Senior Leadership Team to ensure quality services align with Guild's mission and strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery and management of assigned services such that programs are effective, efficient, satisfactory to stakeholders, and bring about superior client outcomes.
  • Provide guidance, support, and development to Program Managers to lead quality management activities to achieve consistent, high quality, evidence-based services that bring about desired outcomes for those served and that meet stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Drive agency strategic vision through short and long-term planning activities, including collaborative development, oversight, accountability and adherence to the agency strategic plan, annual budget, and operating plans.
  • Work collaboratively across agency departments to design, establish and maintain organizational functions and structure.
  • Provide leadership across Guild’s clinical service areas.
  • Champion and advance Guild’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to support a respectful work environment.
  • Foster and enhance a working environment that promotes accountability, collaboration, efficiency, and skill development.
  • Represent the services of Guild within the mental health and general community so that client and community needs are addressed.

Education and Experiences:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, Public Health, Health Administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership, program management and development
  • Knowledge of and experience in the delivery and regulation of mental health, psychiatric rehabilitation, and/or health care services is desired

Preferred:

  • Qualification as a Mental Health Professional as defined in Minnesota Statutes 245.462, subdivision 18
  • Experience in the nonprofit and/or healthcare sectors

Additional Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record, necessary insurance
  • Must not be actively receiving or have received services from Guild in the last two years
  • Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination upon starting employment (reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis).
