We are in search of a hardworking and dedicated Director of Compliance for our disability care provider company. Here at Safe & Sound, we focus on full time residential care for adults with intellectual disabilities such as autism. As a fast growing company, we have reached the point where we need help with front end operations and compliance. Core job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

• Staff Onboarding / Staff record maintenance
• Client intake / Client record maintenance
• Settings Compliance (Group Homes, Host Homes, Day Program, etc.)
• License/certification maintenance
• Complete yearly State audits

Experience in DSPD/DHHS is highly preferred. We hold a contract with the State of Utah, which requires strict compliance and well maintained records.

Candidates who are highly organized, motivated, flexible and fast learners will be placed under immediate consideration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
