TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, the Director of Cybersecurity owns all cybersecurity strategy, policies, and operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a full cybersecurity strategy to protect both TMRW’s corporate operations and public event operations.
- Select and leverage 3rd party providers required to achieve the strategy.
- Advise all TMRW Sports implementation partners on security best practices and ensure TGL-specific security requirements are met.
- Manage 3rd party security audits for internal verification of compliance and gap exposure/mitigation.
- Represent the TGL league with all the TGL Team Entities for all cybersecurity needs and initiatives.
- Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant laws and regulations related to data security and privacy.
Experience & Skills
- 8-12 years of experience with corporate, venue, and application security for companies involved in large public events.
- Expert understanding of security and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).
- Expert in common security frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, SOC 2).
- Prior experience detecting and responding to company-wide security incidents, to oversee such activities by cross-functional teams to mitigate and eradicate threats.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, mission-critical programs and managing operations through vendor partnerships vs large in-house organizations.
- Deep experience in vendor management, from cutting edge industry awareness and envisioning possibilities, through RFPs and vendor selection, to ongoing operations.
- Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.
Location / Travel
- Orlando, FL or remote with ability to travel to office (~25%).
