We are hiring a DIRECTOR OF FIRST IMPRESSIONS/ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT for our successful & busy real estate office in Gulf Shores. Candidate must possess a positive, “it’s my pleasure” attitude, exceptional customer service skills, & energetic personality. Candidate will assist the Accounting Manager with AP, AR & Reconciliations so bookkeeping experience is required. Real estate and electronic file management experience would be beneficial. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gulf Shores, AL 36542: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
