Essential Job Functions

This role will report to the Chief Information Officer and will lead the Information Technology ("IT") Partner/Alliance, Process, Quality, and Office of CIO functions. Important goals for this role are to enable third parties to provide IT with market leading expertise, experience, and scalability while also enabling IT to focus on strategic and urgent work related to business growth and innovation; to improve speed to business value and reducing defects that impact end-user productivity; and to improve IT processes to achieve improve end user satisfaction, reduced cycle time and improved quality of service.

Essential Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Partner Alliance: Lead the planning, development and implementation of the IT Partner Alliance capability, including institutionalized processes, metrics with regular measurement, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Quality Assurance: Lead the planning, development and implementation of a right-sized Quality Assurance capability, leveraging third parties as needed, including institutionalized processes, metrics with regular measurement, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Process: Lead the ongoing enhancement of the existing IT operational processes through improved definition and institutionalization, including metrics and reporting.
  • Office of CIO: Lead the Office of the CIO responsibilities that includes IT finance operations and the ever changing needs of IT as it executes on the Digital Transformation and Modernization journey.
  • Resource Management: Lead the IT resource management function to support evolving needs of IT staff including workforce management and planning.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills:

  • Prior experience in leading an IT business operation function to support transformation.
  • Prior experience in vendor management, contract lifecycle management, setting up vendor governance, service level agreements (SLAs) and controls.
  • Prior experience leading quality and resourcing management functions.
  • Experience with professional services, partnership firms preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required / Master's degree preferred.
  • 15 years preferred.
  • Location flexible.
