Title: Director of Med Surg (Nursing)

Location: near Raleigh, NC

Join our team as the Director of Med Surg and be a valuable resource in our community! We're looking for a skilled individual who is interested in more than just being an employee. Our facility is located in a community just 50K outside of Raleigh (Research Triangle), with interstate access and only 2 hours from the coast.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required. Master's preferred.
• Current RN license.
• 5 years of Med Surg experience and 3 years of Med Surg management required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained prior to starting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall operations of the Med Surg Units.
• Direct the staff and programs of Med Surg, develop and introduce approved standards and guidelines for services, ensure quality of care for patients and the activities of the clinical unit and assigned staff.
• Collaborate with the Manager/Director on issues, supervise, direct, coach, and mentor staff while ensuring quality of care.

Additional Information:

• Position reports to the CNO.
• Our facility is around 275 beds and Joint Commission Accredited, committed to providing high-quality healthcare.
• Competitive compensation package with a range between $100,000-$130,000, depending on experience.
• Full benefit package including sign-on/relocation available.
• Day shift position.
