Do you love supervising a team, while creating effective working relationships and collaborating with different departments? We are looking for our next Director of Operations in SeaTac, WA!

The Director of Operations supervises temporary staffing activities, implements operational directives, is responsible for branch operational efficiency and facilitates business development in coordination with sales personnel.

Reporting Relationships:

• The Director of Operations reports to the Vice President/Regional Director.
• The Director of Operations provides supervision of the Recruiters.
• The Director of Operations provides supervision of the temporary healthcare professionals (THPs).

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Staffing Activity (20%) Oversees recruiter activities

2. Client and Employee Relations (30%)

3. Employee Screening and Personnel Record-keeping (10%)

4. Office Operations and Organization (25%)

5. Training (15%)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Excellent organizational, human relations & customer service skills.

· Experience with building a team and supervising employees.

· Must be able to adapt to changing situations.

· Knowledge of basic nursing and medical terminology.

· Knowledge of basic computer operation and peripheral use.

Education/Experience Required:

BA degree required

Preferred experience in: Business Development, Sales, 3-5 years Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
