Work Hours/Shift: FT/Days
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Plans and executes policy and processes to accomplish goals within the timeline established. This includes capital equipment requests, centralized invoicing, multiple formulary updates, RFP, contract management, obsolescence planning, capital equipment planning, vendor management processes.
- Management of daily finance operations for the purchasing department
. • Effectively communicates purchasing support capabilities and process through professional email, phone and intranet communication.
- Ensures material and service requirements are met in a timely, efficient, effective and ethical manner for the organization through vendor management and accountability.
- Management of cross functional relationship of all support departments and operations as needed for finance-related projects/initiatives.
- Responsible for all corporate–wide clinical/compliance/operational based projects in relation to goods, equipment, supplies or services.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Project Management Institute's [PMI] Project Management Professional [PMP®]
- Medical Group Management Association's [MGMA] Certified Medical Practice Executive [CMPE]
- American Production and Inventory Control Society's [APICS] Certified Supply Chain Professional [CSCP]

The Director is responsible for operating system-wide support of purchasing processes for AdventHealth Medical Group [AHMG].
