Position Summary:

We are looking for an assertive and professional marketer who has existing relationships and at least 3 years of experience and success in full cycle SNF business development. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining key relationships with referral sources. The Director will be expected to evaluate market conditions, provide weekly marketing plan, and participate in local marketing events.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

The primary role of the Director of Outreach position is to promote the facility effectively and increase the number of residents in the skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living (AL), independent living (IL), and Memory Care. This includes various marketing initiatives such as on-site visits to hospitals and homes, facility tours, and ensuring compliance with documentation and pre-admission requirements.

The Director of Outreach is responsible for consistent and accurate data entry into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and transparent tracking of marketing efforts. Additionally, the Director will onboard admissions and follow up on sales leads in a timely manner.

The Director of Outreach will supervise the Director of Sales on a dotted line with the Executive Director and ensure that the CRM for SNF, AL, IL, and Memory Care is updated consistently with ongoing marketing efforts by the Director of Sales.

The Director of Outreach will report to both the Executive Director and Regional Director of Operations.
