Director of Staff Development (DSD) LVN
Monday-Friday │8:30AM-5:00PM│
Arbor Glen Care Center is a Skilled Nursing facility with incredible culture and a tenured, experienced team! We love to grow and develop others - CNA to LVN, LVN to RN.

Requirements:
- Must possess a current active license to practice as an LVN in California.
- 2 years or more experience as an LVN in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Current CPR certification.
Job Description:
- Assist licensed nursing personnel (i.e., RNs, LVNs, and Nurse Aides) in obtaining in-service training to keep their license current in accordance with state law. Provide in-service training as necessary/required.
- Develop and direct orientation programs for all personnel, in accordance with our established policies and procedures.
- Maintain a productive working relationship with the medical profession and other health related facilities and organizations.
