TMRW Sports is hiring top technology professionals to build a state of the art team, product, and fan experience from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CTO, the Director of Venue & CRM Technology is the single point of technology success for our world class venue experience. They also have expertise in delivering results primarily through influence and vendor management, as opposed to large teams of direct reports, or personally muscling it through. Responsibilities
- Develop the overall strategy for venue operations technology (Ticketing, Hospitality, Retail, Security, and Infrastructure) and eCommerce/CRM solutions to deliver an amazing fan experience.
- Manage the rapid vendor selection process and overall implementation of selected vendor products.
- Ongoing operational management of technology vendors.
- Has management responsibilities for at least one team member, the Manager of eCommerce & CRM Technology.
Experience & Skills
- 8-12 years of experience with operational technology for sports stadiums, concerts, and/or equivalent live events.
- Expert knowledge of one or more CRM solutions (e.g. Salesforce, Adobe).
- End to end understanding of how an integrated set of technologies deliver a smooth and efficient stadium experience for both fans and stadium staff.
- Demonstrated success delivering complex, mission-critical programs and managing operations through vendor partnerships vs large in-house organizations.
- Deep experience in vendor management, from cutting edge industry awareness and envisioning possibilities, through RFPs and vendor selection, to ongoing operations.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Extreme comfort with ambiguity and change.
Location / Travel
- This position is based in FL, with flexibility to be in the Orlando or Palm Beach areas.
