POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Revenue Analysis is responsible for the review and adjudication of Revenue Reclasses, Adjustments, Refunds, Charity Applications and Professional Courtesy Discounts. Facilitates revenue cycle meeting, Responsible for the analysis of eReserve and items/trends that significantly impact net revenue. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: B.A./B.S. (Preferred)
TRAINING: Significant experience (8+ years) in A/R Management and/or Managed Care contracting and analysis as well as experience directing a multi-facility business office
Analytical Skills, AR Management experience to include contract adjudication knowledge, strong leadership, effective communication, experience with the A/R process flow, Regulatory/Compliance experience.
EXPERIENCE: 5+ YEARS

Pay range: $42.93 Minimum - $66.52 Maximum an hour
Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
