-Job Summary

The Director of the Temple Care Integrated Network serves as the Primary Liaison between the attributed Temple Care Integrated Network Community Primary care practices and Temple University Health System to play an integral role in developing and sustaining workable relationships to guarantee the effectiveness of the transitions of care and the integration of Temple services. The Director, must be able to improve performance thorough defining goals and quality management initiatives collaborating with internal and external clinical leaders, physicians, care management and administrative leaders.

ON-SITE, 1 Remote day weekly.

Education

• Masters Degree (Required)

Experience

• 5 Years experience in practice operations and quality management (Required)

• General Experience and knowledge of third party payer contracts, NQCA quality programs (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $123,000.00 - $150,102.53 per year
