The following position is to join our Corporate or Research Center Team:

Raytheon Technologies is looking for a Workforce Intelligence Lead (Dir, Workforce Intel) who will be part the enterprise Workforce Intelligence COE in HR supporting all engagement for the corporate office. This is a team that is chartered with delivering data-driven integrated solutions that enable better business performance and improve overall employee experience at our businesses. You will work on supporting some of the most impactful initiatives within the HR function, provide consulting and insights to senior HR and business leaders, as well as collaborate with a diverse team that pushes innovation and creativity.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver strategic workforce analysis, consulting, and recommendations to CHRO and other business leaders across corporate office including enterprise services.
  • Manage and improve process and delivery of key datasets and metrics for key external reporting needs such as ESG, 10K, as well as other external submissions.
  • Manage and improve production and delivery of workforce metrics and insights in support of recurring business reviews, senior leader discussions, and board meetings.
  • Lead project management and implementation of workforce intelligence projects, and operationalization of advanced analytics solutions across the corporate office driving innovation and business impact.
  • Develop and foster cross functional relationships and engagements across key functions such a Finance, Communications, Strategy, and others to enable better workforce planning and business growth.
  • Collaborate and partner effectively with members of the WFI COE, including data strategy, self-service analytics, advanced analytics, and workforce planning leaders to maximize value and benefits of solutions.
  • Provide coaching and tactical guidance to the team in scaling and sustaining foundational analytics capabilities, advancing self service solutions, and improving data quality and governance.
  • Manage engagements and drive collaboration with other HR COE’s such as Talent, Total Rewards, DEI, and E&LR to inform strategies to attract, retain, develop, and grow the best talent for the business.
  • Inform the overall strategy and roadmap, as well as development of new products and services for the COE.

Required Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years’ experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience within the analytics domain and leading large-scale projects
  • At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, HR partner, or similar roles
  • At least 2 years of experience working and engaging with senior HR and business leaders in a related role
  • Experience managing and coaching a team
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
  • Must be a US Person/ Permanent Resident 'Green Card' holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Located in: Charlotte, NC - Hartford, CT - or greater Boston, MA
  • Strong translation and storytelling skills with the ability to translate business vision into a roadmap as well as synthesize data to drive more actionable discussions
  • Consulting, Analytics, Finance, and/or Human Resource experience
  • Experience building data-based recommendations to solve complex problems
  • Experience leading meaningful change in a large and complex organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;
  • Familiarity with statistics, forecasting, and modeling methodologies;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.

The salary range for this role is 165,000 USD - 331,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
