We are seeking team members with a proven skillset in restaurant kitchen duties and hospitality. Chick-fil-A is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Essential Job Functions

Provides customers exceptional service that aligns to Chick-fil-A standards and core values, which are: Integrity, Care, Urgency and Servant Leadership.
Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and sales promotions offered to assist customers and team members.
Demonstrates the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality food and excellent customer service.
Maintains highest quality of food and ensure food safety policies are followed according to Chick-fil-A standards.
Completes food preparation duties and ensures that all food items on menu are prepared and available for service at all times.
Completes cleaning tasks, to include but not limited, to clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, keep floor areas clean, wash dishes, recycle boxes and dispose of trash as assigned.
Possess the drive and enthusiasm to complete guests’ orders in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service.
Unload shipment of foods and supplies and place in designated areas as assigned.

Requirements/Responsibilities
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Chick-fil-A or restaurant experience is valued, but not required.
Must be available to work variable shifts as assigned.
Must be available to work Saturday.
Qualified individuals must possess a great attitude, optimism, and a passion to deliver a remarkable customer service experience with every order. Each team member must be willing to excel in fast-paced, dynamic restaurant environment.
