Title: Dietary Aide 1 - Dishwasher
Full-Time: Friday - Tuesday
Off days: Wednesday & Thursday
Hours: 11:30am – 8:00pm
Pay: $19.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $250 after 1 month
Retention Bonus: $600 after 6 months
Benefits and Paid Time Off: Yes

WHO WE WANT
We are looking for a Dishwasher who is passionate about providing quality customer service to our residents. The ideal candidate should be punctual, have good personal hygiene, and is always readily available to jump in to help with cleaning or other kitchen duties.

WHAT THE ENVIRONMENT IS LIKE
You will see the Pacific Ocean every day you drive into work. You can have lunch on a bench close to the beach. You may notice our residents warmly greeting you as they go about their day. In the kitchen however, you will be regularly exposed to water, humidity, and be expected to work with your hands to scrub down pots and pans.

During work, you be will frequently be required to stand, walk, examine things, and clearly communicate. You must also be able to:

Regularly: lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts, exposed to loud noise levels

Occasionally: lift and/or move above 40 pounds with the assistance from a co-worker and/or mechanical means. Exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals; extreme cold, extreme heat, risk of electrical shock and vibration
