Dispatcher/Customer Service Admin

Our rapidly growing Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning company seeks a Full-Time Dispatcher. Prior dispatch experience and plumbing office experience is a plus. Knowledge of the San Diego County area is desired but ultimately, we are looking for someone with top-notch customer service and office administration skills to join us!

Responsibilities:

*Scheduling customer appointments

*Dispatching employees to job sites

*Coordinating employee schedules

*Coordinating subcontractors

*Document preparation

*Be available after hours to schedule or reschedule appointments

Skills and Qualities Required:

*Personable

*Excellent Customer Service

*Good communication and telephone skills

*Proficient Computer skills

*Ability to Time Manage / self-starter

*Good Organization skills

*Prior Dispatch experience
