Duties include:
- Dispatching & tracking 9 technicians.
- Communicating continuously information and parts needed.
- Ordering parts by phone and online.
- Checking warranty status on each order.
- Giving quotes to customers.
- Schedule return calls with customers.
- Making sure parts are here and ready for next day jobs.
- Answering phone calls as needed.
- Multi-tasking is a must.
- Works well with others.
- Good communication skills.
- Needs to be well groomed, punctual and dependable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
