Eagle Towing is HIRING for an immediate opening as our front office dispatcher.

We are seeking to hire an energetic professional who is organized, motivated, reliable and a self starter with fantastic customer service skills to assist with our daily operation. Must be available Monday thru Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch. This is a full time position offering benefits, vacation, sick time, and a relaxed, fun work environment.

We are seeking a leader who can keep the daily operation of our business running smoothly. This position is the driving force for all aspects of what we do daily.

Requirements for this position will include:

* professionalism

* answering phones

* scheduling calls for service for our customers

* dispatching emergency and non emergency requests for service

* minimal accounting

* processing paperwork and payments for impounded vehicles

* communicating with our operators so they are aware of their

requirements for the day

* clear and accurate record keeping

* ability to work with management on all aspects of the daily

operation of the business

* light cleaning

* willingness to work in a fast pace office
