We area a family owned, residential Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical company that's been in business since 1945. Due to growth, our main office just relocated to a larger building in Rosemount, MN in March 2022. Our company has grown 19% within the last year to now 95 employees, and the demand is not stopping anytime soon!

We're looking for a full time, reliable Service Dispatcher to join our team! The service dispatcher is responsible for scheduling technician appointments at customer sites and facilitates communication between technicians, customers, and the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the technician’s schedules and dispatches technicians as calls are completed.
• Updates job class and invoices accordingly when technician’s complete calls.
• Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.
• Responds to service technician requests both online and by phone.
• Reviews completed service work orders for accuracy.
• Prepares invoices and timecards for processing.
• Participates in all company sponsored training classes.
• Rearrange the schedule when technicians call in sick or submit a time off request.
• Communicates calls that are needed with the call center.
• Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.

• Service Titan experience is preferred but will train the right candidate
• Previous dispatching, project management, or schedule coordinating experience is a plus*
