Required Skills:

• Be able to effectively empathize, be a solid communicator, a first-rate listener, and possess a high level of self-awareness
• Self-motivated problem solver with a strong desire to meet company objectives
• The ability to multi-task, time management skill, and view constant change as learning experiences
• Ability to work independently
• Must be proficient in Excel, Google Drive, and various business systems

Requirements:

• Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of two years related experience in a call center environment (preferred)
