Job description

The primary responsibility of this employee is to assist in the production and distribution of beer while maintaining and building customer relationships. This person should have exceptional customer service skills, a clean driving record, an eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sales Director and Head Brewer.

Essential Functions:

Ability to lift 60lbs unassisted, and heavier loads with hand truck or assistance

Ability to drive for extended periods

Willingness to learn brewery functions such as canning, kegging, and basic cellarwork

Ability to adapt to changing roles

Assisting Tap Room employees when necessary

Any additional duties as required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time hourly position. Deliveries often extend into the evening. Additional hours negotiable based on needs and availability.

Ideal candidates will be familiar with:

Operating large vehicles in Maine weather

The Craft Beer market, and customer service

Professional driving, brewery sales, distribution, or brewing experience preferred

Communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
