Job Description
The Distributor Development Specialist liaises with various functional areas across the business such as; Sales, Customer Service, Shared Services, Product Management, Legal, and Executive Leadership. In this position you are responsible for the ownership and oversight of sales compliance and governance of the business structure integrity. You will collaborate with Sales and Product Management to develop, communicate and execute Distributor Agreements, sales plans and programs through our distributor network and Territory Sales Managers. You will support distributors, Territory Sales Managers, Product Management, and key accounts in the development and maintenance of relationships, and in negotiation of contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business, or related degree.
- Five+ years in sales, sales/customer support, credit and collections, with strong customer and internal interaction related to product sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office required.
- SAP experience is favorable.

- High level of communication, and interpersonal skills required in supporting distributor and sales personnel. Impact on the organization is high.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
