Consolidated Management is seeking an experienced District Manager to support our Food Service locations in Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

This position includes Hiring and Training Team Members, District Budgets, Opening and Closing Accounts, and most importantly the Client relationship, Superior Food Service and our Team Members.

Consolidated Management specializes in on site food service management concentrating on cafeterias located in colleges, correctional facilities, and corporate businesses.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Five plus consecutive years of food service experience managing multiple locations with a strong P&L background.
• Strong leadership skills, computer skills, culinary knowledge and food/beverage cost controls
• Be well versed in culinary functions, food and labor cost control, food safety and sanitation
• Be technically competent in unit financial management, pricing, menu development and will be responsible for the training and development of front-line hourly employees and managers.
• Interpersonal skills and can develop and maintain professional, positive working relationships with multiple clients, liaisons, customers, employees, supervisors and vendors.
• Strong time management skills and will be able to juggle multiple priorities.
