District Sales Manager

What you get to do:

· Use ‘hunter’ mentality to establish and grow new business throughout assigned territory (Alberta) for full portfolio of Polyglass products

· Develop relationships with architects, commercial contractors and distributors

· Leverage contractor relationships by successfully showing a unique value proposition in Polyglass products vs competitor products, resulting in specs being ‘flipped’

· Pursue and win spec-driven commercial construction projects

The skills, experience and success you bring to us:

· 5 or more years of effective new business development in a new or under-developed territory within the building materials / commercial construction industry

· An established network within Western Canadian market and customer base (contractors, distributors, architects) within Alberta province

· Understanding of technical aspects of commercial roofing and building envelope products

· Experience with sales the following products highly desired: commercial roofing, BUR roofing, modified-bitumen, APP, SBS, building envelope, waterproofing

· Ability to travel 30-50%

· Valid passport and ability to travel to United States without restriction

To ensure the success of this hire, we are currently seeking those that reside in Western Canada only at this time, preferably Calgary and Edmonton metro areas

Job Type: Full-time
