We are seeking an experienced Division Manager to join our team. The Division Manager will be primarily responsible for hiring and training a staff of professionals who can offer services to our customers. The Division Manager will also be required to conduct performance evaluations, follow up with customers regarding their orders and oversee the implementation of new products and programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations of a division.
• Work with department heads to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Communicate with company executives to ensure that company goals are achieved.
• Ensure that the work environment is safe and that employees are trained for their jobs.
• Create a positive work environment for employees.
• Ensure the profitability and growth of a product line.
• Oversee the development of new products.
• Oversee the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $87,674.46 - $97,059.60 per year
