We are currently accepting resumes for a Senior DMS/EMS/SCADA Analyst position on W2.

The selected candidate will perform the following duties:

• Provide complex technical configuration and support for Advanced Distribution Management (ADMS) Systems, Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems and other technical infrastructure used in Distribution Operations centers.
• Position requires a high degree of adaptability, and a focus on meeting customer needs and continuous improvement in the systems supported.
• Has the ability to lead and delivery in more than 2 aspects of ADMS system - DMS/DERMS/OMS/DERMS/AMI/SCADA/Network Model
• Represent DMS/SCADA Support group, with limited supervision, on task forces, working groups, and special projects.
• Maintain reliable operations and make recommendations to improve the quality and reliability of the ADMS and SCADA systems, data and related services.
• Maintain real-time data interfaces.
• Develop/improve/implement ADMS and SCADA tools and software
• Stay abreast of current technologies and keep ADMS and SCADA tools up-to-date with current technologies
• Build and maintain custom ADMS and SCADA on-line displays
• Model, check-out and commission Remote Terminal Units
• Build and maintain ADMS and SCADA models
• Define and implement internal ADMS and SCADA standards
• Perform more complex troubleshooting and problem resolution in all areas of knowledge
• Provide after-hours support for the ADMS/SCADA systems as needed.

Required Skills & Experiences:

• Associates Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or related Technical field or higher from an accredited college/university or high school diploma and two years related military or electric utility technical experience.
• Six years ADMS/DERMS/SCADA experience with Associates Degree or eight years of experience with a high school diploma. Individuals with a Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of ADMS/DMS/DERMS experience may be considered for entry into the organization at this level in addition to the ADMS experiences noted above.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of operational practices of applicable equipment and software in assigned areas of knowledge
• Strong skills in communication, issue resolution, organization, and facilitation are essential.
• Solid understanding of the business unit / operating company systems is preferred.
• Experience with SCADA, Advanced applications like FLISR, VVO, VVC required.

Detailed knowledge is required in three other pertinent areas below:

• Application development
• Operating System support
• Computer system administration
• Database technologies and support

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
