SOFT's client, located in Melville, NY, needs a Document Analyst for a long term contract assignment. This is an on-site position.

The selected candidate will digitize paper records, follow/maintain file naming standards and ensure that the documents/records are uploaded/archived appropriately. This includes analyzing records for assets. The position will also review Paper and Digital Records to extract key asset attribute data, assessment data, and maintenance records. Ultimately, this will support adherence to PHMSA guidance for Traceable, Verifiable, and Complete records.

Responsibilities:
· Scan/Digitize/Organize paper and digital records
· Ensure that the records are named accurately as per naming convention and uploaded to the document repository
· Assist in reviewing records (QA/QC) to determine if the records are traceable, verifiable, and complete

Qualifications Required:
· Bachelor's degree or associate degree
· 1-3 years or more of prior experience
· Knowledge of gas utility assets is strongly preferred
· Detail-oriented and strong organizational Skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $1.00 per hour
