Responsibilities

Buffalo Design Architects, a leading architectural design firm, is currently looking for talented candidates to fill the position of Architectural Drafter. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have a passion for architectural drafting and are looking to work alongside experienced architects and engineers to develop top-notch design and construction documents. The successful candidate will have the chance to collaborate closely with the Buffalo Design team to bring their creative ideas to life and make a significant impact in the field of architecture.

• Utilize Revit software to produce plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings meet Buffalo Design's established standards and design requirements for high-quality drawings.
• Collaborate with the project team to identify and resolve discrepancies or inaccuracies in the drawings, making necessary corrections to ensure accuracy.
• Help to maintain Buffalo Design's reputation for delivering exceptional architectural design solutions by producing high-quality drawings that meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Professional drafting experience
• An Associate's Degree is required.
• Knowledge of construction
• Candidates should have 3+ years of experience using Revit to produce construction documents for commercial buildings.
• Candidates should be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects, often against tight deadlines, while still producing high-quality work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and quality minded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
