Requirements/Responsibilities

Requirements:
Must meet minimum shift requirements
Must be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 8 hours
Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
Customer Service-oriented, Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

Responsibilities:
Utilize the CORE 4 model to serve drive-thru guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and stay connected.
Greet and serve guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality.
Operate the iPad system at the drive-thru.
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer.
Take orders with speed and accuracy at the drive-thru.
Learn all FOH positions, including cashier, dining room, headset or order-taking, monitor or bagging, and window.
Ensure product quality and consistency through regular checks.
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures.
Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items.
