Join our team as a Driver. The Refugee Resettlement Driver will provide mass transportation to clients to and from job location or appointments such as DPS, Social Security office, airport pick up and orientations using agency 12 passenger van or vehicles. These vehicles will require scheduled maintenance as assigned. The role requires the ability to work with people of different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities & with limited English proficiency.

The Expertise We're Looking For

• 
  High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

  You have the ability to work with people of different backgrounds, cultures, nationalities and with limited English proficiency

• You are legally able to drive vehicles of all sizes up to a 12 passenger van

• You have the ability to handle and maintain confidential client information

• You demonstrate organizational and planning skills

• You have the ability to communicate effectively in English

• You have the ability to manage a large group of people

What you Deliver

• 
  You will transport clients to and from job site in a safe and timely manner, following traffic rules, and following a drop off and pick up schedule. Maintain mileage logs and client’s transportation list. Reports to the supervisor all issues that relate to the client transportation. Works on driving schedule and communicates with client’s pick up and drop off time.

• You will report vehicle maintenance issues, arranges for vehicle repairs & ensures that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.

• You will provide mass transportation to the clients to and from job location or appointments such as DPS, Social Security office, airport pick up and orientations using agency 12 passenger van or vehicles. Ensures agency vehicles remain clean, the gas tank is filled, and van is serviced on a schedule decided by the supervisor.

• You will perform other duties as assigned
