Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Driver

Immediate positions are available for part-time Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver.

Stellar NEMT Driver requirements and qualifications:

- Lead Ambulatory, Wheelchair, and Stretcher transports

- like helping elderly individuals

- respect all people, no matter their sex, gender, race, religion, orientation, & age

- work hard, and enjoy responsibility

- are competitive and push yourself

- are punctual and detail oriented

- like on the spot problem solving

- are at least 24 years old.. Required by our commercial insurance company

- have zero points on your Florida driver’s license in the past 3 years

- pleasant, easy-going positive attitude

- can lift more than 50lbs

- flexible availability. weekends and some holidays may be necessary to start

- have reliable transportation

- able to work mornings as early as 4 am or evenings as late as 10 pm, don't worry we will work a fair schedule

- interested in advancing your career path into position like drivers, sales, marketing, dispatch, & management

CNA'S, EMT's, Nursing Home/Medical Assistant are a PLUS!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

At Stellar Transportation we work closely with those who are most vulnerable to COVID-19. We do not transport passengers who have tested positive. Stellar provides all employees with proper PPE and everyone is required to wear a mask.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Driving: 5 years (Preferred)
