Responsibilities
- Customer Concierge: Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
- Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and email
- Single point of contact for the customer throughout the transaction
- Presents financing terms
- Presents protection products (ex: Extended warranties)
- Collects down payment, Driver's License, Proof of Insurance, Proof of Income
- Communicates paperwork and logistic timelines
- Maintain activity log
- Other duties as assigned
