Title and Registration Coordinator

The Title and Registration Coordinator is the key link between Driveway, the selling dealership and the coordination of activities related to completion of the DMV/title paperwork on the car deal. Successful individuals will possess a high attention to detail, quality communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction, building strong relationships internally and with the dealership teams.

The Title and Registration Coordinator reports to the Driveway DMV Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate each transaction between Driveway and the selling dealership
  • Process all transaction paperwork, with a high level of detail and accuracy
  • Verify all customer documents as necessary
  • Maintain solid operational controls

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous DMV experience preferred
  • Previous experience with New and Used Car Title and Licensing experience preferred
  • Sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
