We are looking for kind and compassionate persons who would like to grow with our agency.
Although experience is preferred, it is not necessary however applicants must be able to assist individuals with disabilities in daily living situations, which may include meal prep, shopping, finance management, community activities, developing social interaction skills, monitoring, assisting with medications, transportation to appointments and social functions, and in some cases personal care assistance.
Qualifying candidates must meet the following guidelines
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED (must be able to provide a physical copy)
- Current Driver’s License/ with No more than 5 points on your license
- Reliable automobile (used to transport consumers on outings and appointments) with state-required minimum automobile Insurance coverage
- Must pass BCII Background check
- Must be able to read, write and speak English language clearly
- Must be able to pass CPR & First Aid certification
- Hiring for Sunday 7p -7a , Monday-Wednesday 11p-7am also looking for someone to work on Saturdays 7am-7pm
In some homes where medication assistance is required, you must be able to pass a medication administration course.
