Our E-Commerce team is looking for a passionate and talented e-commerce specialist to help grow our online business. The ideal candidate will be creative, outgoing and easy to communicate with, and must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will also possess strong analytical skills, a proven ability to design innovative online solutions, and a commitment to upholding industry standards.

• Support product onboarding for customers with well-optimized SEO copywriting and marketing services
• Detailed maintenance and participation in product listings to improve product presentation and buyer’s experience, including product descriptions, features, product imagery, pricing, options and optimizing product detail pages for maximum conversion
• Ensure products are displayed correctly on the website focusing on accuracy from the initial upload.
• Asset management, ensuring images and videos are collected ahead of launches
• Ensure products are put live as soon as the stock arrives
• Working closely with the merchandising team to ensure products arrive on time for marketing launches for each account
• Review product performance to determine why products are and aren't converting
• Assist to perform daily, weekly and monthly reporting on sales, product performance, site analytics, and marketing campaign performance
• Handle customer service-related inquiries across all sales channels

Qualification

• Well organized with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, team working skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel)
• Detail oriented and strives for high levels of accuracy
• College degree is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
