Job Description


The purpose of this job is to provide day to day support with delivery and optimization of our customers’ journeys across e-Commerce websites and third-party digital partners.

  • Coordinate the e-Commerce strategy and develop plans to support a rapid growth model, including achievement of all goals and development of new third-party delivery partnerships
  • Liaise with third-party delivery partners for execution of launches and website creation support
  • Owning and delivering weekly reporting across our third-party platform, identifying KPIs, and providing insights to help drive optimum performance, alongside supporting on delivery of key strategic projects
  • Monitoring of site for bugs and partnering with cross functional teams to resolve site content and product related issues
  • Provide telephone and email support to troubleshoot store level questions and issues related to E-Commerce partnerships
  • Oversight of Point-of-Purchase Management and Procurement
  • Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
  • Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Third-Party Delivery systems and usage required
  • Working knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry required
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
  • Data management and reporting experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in retail or business preferred
  • Minimum one year retail store and/or digital e-Commerce commercialization experience preferred
