Our company is seeking an individual to join our team and interact with consumers at our Simi Valley-based fulfillment warehouse.

Customers are constantly contacting us via email with inquiries, comments, concerns, and order requests. As our business continues to expand, the capacity to manage an increasing number of customer interactions is essential to our sustained success.

The e-commerce customer service department is expanding rapidly and is in need of more customer support agents.

To join our growing team, we are seeking for someone who is passionate about delivering world-class customer service.

Essential Abilities and Qualities for Success

Should have a basic comprehension of computers and be willing to learn the online marketplace's structure and ordering system.

Must be able to communicate effectively (via phone, email, in person, etc.) with management, coworkers, and, of course, customers. Must project a professional and accommodating image. Especially with consumers, a grateful and compassionate disposition is essential!

Possessing the capacity for independent thought and problem-solving is a must.

Expected to take responsibility for their actions, demonstrate initiative, take pride in their work, and aspire for continuous improvement.

PART TIME REQUIREMENTS:

  • Monday-Friday, 10AM - 2PM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responses to consumers' concerns in order to promptly and effectively solve their problems
  • Process returns and cancellation requests as prompted by customer inquiry
  • Provide clarification on return policies and process returns accurately
  • Review of order on hold in a timely manner
  • Provide outstanding customer service that is fast, courteous and helpful. Written responses are expected to be professional and sincere and phone interactions with the operation manager should portray the same level of courteousness.
  • Other responsibilities as delegated by the CEO or the operation manager
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and articulate manner, both verbally and written
  • Ability to solve difficult problems and come up with effective solutions
  • Ability to plan and organize work in an efficient manner
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must be willing to work occasional overtime
  • Must be able to work both independently and on a team
  • Must be able to set priorities and hit strict deadlines
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Shipstation and Shopify
  • Must have a positive attitude
  • Must be available one weekend day each month

- Experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced environment is preferred.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
