About MMC:
The MMC/RXM Fellowship Program is a 6-month intensive, paid training program for those seeking to jumpstart their Public Relations / Integrated Communications careers.
The Work: Fellows will work with agency leaders, digital strategists, content creators, community managers, and all-around geniuses to build brand presence through current and emerging platforms. As a Fellow, you will be responsible for executing robust day-to-day agency transactions and dynamic program elements. No two days are ever the same!
Placement Opportunities: MMC Fellows will have opportunities across the agency – Consumer, Corporate, Health & Well-Being, Earned Media and Content Creation. Business Challenge: Through collaboration with MMC/RXM teams and inspiration from senior leadership, MMC Fellows will be challenged to tackle the lifecycle of a new business pitch. You’ll pitch your presentation and proposal to the agency…and maybe even the client!
Training and Development: MMC Fellows get the chance to participate in our training program and Junior Committee in order to boost their professional and personal development. Training is facilitated weekly, and courses include; Building Your Brand, Persuasive Presentation Skills, Strategy & Analytics 101, Deck Creation & Design, Creativity & Storytelling, Influencer Marketing and more!

Is this program in -p erson?
The Fellowship program will either be remote or hybrid depending on the role. Certain functions such as the Corporate (Chicago) and RXM (L.A.) role will be fully remote. The rest of the other roles will be working in the tri-state area and will work in a hybrid capacity.
Can international students apply and obtain a visa through Marina Maher Communications or RXMOSAIC?
We welcome international students to apply to our program but, unfortunately, we do not have a visa assistance program in place at this time.
What is the interview process?
All applicants should apply online. The Talent Team will be in touch with candidates the week of April 24th. The Program Director will hold an Online Orientation Meeting to fully discuss the roles and program. There will then be 15-minute panel interviews with our hiring teams through the end of April and we’ll be making offers in mid-May. We do our best to get back to all candidates in a timely fashion. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail only if your application is being considered.

Requirements:
- A recent college graduate (or obtaining your degree by June 2023) with a related major, degree or internship experience, or professionals looking to pivot into a career in PR
- Must be available Tuesday, June 20th, through Friday, December 15th, 2023
- We are hiring in NYC Tri-state area, Los Angeles and Chicago
- We require fulltime availability, Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm EST (adjusted for PST)
- The fellowship pays $22 per hour and $33 per hour for approved time over 40 hours per week
