Job Description
We’re inviting exceptional PTs to join our
“Elite” team — a special group of therapists delivering 20 or more visits per week to patients in their homes in Goodyear, AZ
and nearby areas. As a Luna Elite therapist, you will receive competitive pay and great incentives... which include a

This is
outpatient therapy
delivered to the patient's home, NOT typical home health.

Job Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
About the Role
- Job Types: Part-time, contract, per diem
- Salary: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
