Job description

The Embrace Life Administrator Role is to serve as a trusted collaborator to the executive leadership team. As a Christian company, values and ideals aligned to a Christ lead life is imperative. This job role will be very flexible and offer much variety in the daily role. This role requires someone very organized and precise, but also very flexible and creative.

This opportunity will include minor financial reporting responsibilities, and accounting liaison. This role may also take calls for enrollment with responsibility for tracking, follow up and scheduling. This will engage in coordination of events for the Daycare, Summer program, Evening program, and Weekend programs. Some of the role may be supporting Board meetings with documentation and clerical work. This role may also assist on the Daycare side to assist with classroom coverage as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Minor Financial Reporting responsibilities

2. Phone Calls / New Family Tracking & Reporting for Forecasting

3. Set-Up /Coordination of After School and Weekend Events

4. Minor Board Clerical Work

5. Data Organizing and Paperwork for Entity / Legal items

6. Minor Accounting Liaison responsibilities

7. Trusted collaborator on various Executive Leadership Team Board Action Items

8. Marketing and Business Development

9. Communications

Pay Range: Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on credentials.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
